I second this as well. We hope to going back in a few months, and Shades is a very nice resort, without jamming Disney down your throat every minute! (Not that there is anything wrong with that!!) Have fun, no matter where you stay!!

It was easily the first time I walked into MK. I wasn't exposed to Disney related stuff growing up...but my kids ARE Disney 110%!!

That's a pretty good drive! We flew from Orlando back to Washington DC in about 2 hours...I can only imagine the drive back! But if you were sleeping, no harm done!! V

They also have busses that run evry so often as well to the parks. Although alot of people hitch walks to the Polynesian, we liked the bus ride. By the way, you'll like Shades. We were there last year, and we loved every second of it. Have fun!!

My son asking me if I wanted to hear him fart on the monorail on the way back. It always seemed so quiet on the way back anyway! (Yeah, he farted alright! Said the hot dog at Cosmic Ray's did it!)

We took both. My mother in law wanted to try the ferry, and she regretted it...she actually got sea sick!! I liked both equally, the ferry was more tranquil for me...kinda built the suspense a little more. V

We took our then 19 month old on Dumbo and Small World, and loved it. She laughed during Muppetvision 3-D, danced at the Tiki Tiki Room, and somehow slept through It's Tough To Be A Bug...go figure! She also enjoyed Kiillamanjaro Safari, Maharaja Jungle Trek, and Rafiki's Planet Watch and...

We plan on returning some time in early 2008. I still think about everything we did and didn't do in March, and going from there! (We're going to the beach next summer...although Disney would be more fun!) V
