For the over the shoulder restraints it isn't so much as my gut getting in the way but that my shoulders are taller than the pivot points and they cant clamp down all the way. So am I ok for this coaster or am I out of luck?

This ride won't be using over the shoulder restraints, its a lap bar only system.

If you survive RRR, we can talk.:lookaroun:lookaroun:lol:

Survive multiple times most likely.
:D

Though I'm actually going tomorrow...so there's no chance it will be open, but I will take lots of ganders at it!

I still have a ticket I need to use before January...probably wait until it gets cooler and the ride opens.

Anyways, since they say there will be 30 songs It's killing me...I want some J-Rock/or J-Pop on there...

I know it won't be using the over the shoulder restraint. In my post I said I can fit into the clam shell system used on coasters like nitro or apollo's chariot, or any other Bolliger & Mabillard Hyper Coaster. I was talking about the over the shoulder restraints so any one who wanted to help would have an idea about how big I am.

Getting back to my original question. Has anyone ridden a Maurer Söhne X-car roller coaster? That is the type of car and restraints they are using on the ride. Other coasters with this car include G Force at Drayton Manor Park, Sky Wheel at Skyline Park, X Coaster at Magic Springs & Crystal Falls and others in other languages that I cannot type. So anybody as big as I am ever been on one of those coaster along with a Bolliger & Mabillard hyper coaster to compare?

Today Marcus got to talk to somebody who is working on the ride. He was told to go to Universal tomorrow if he likes roller coasters.

I didn't think it was ready for soft openings yet, but this is obviously a big hint at something.

I just figured I would throw that out there for any other locals who may be interested.:D
