Unfortunately, fixed for something closer to an accurate figure (I personally suspect somewhere in the 200-350 range; more likely it'd be on the order of one or two thousand and I'm just being pessimistic again).

Three TS meals a day isn't overdoing it - earliest possible breakfast, latest possible dinner, lunch around 2pm is actually a pretty good way to go about it. That gives you ~7 hours between meals. It doesn't hurt that I like food, though. :D
