Another great counter service in DTD is Cooke's of Dublin, it is in Pleasure island and serves fish 'n' chips, chicken fingers 'n' chips, meat pies etc. As far as epcot goes, I agree that the mexico counter service is great, as is the Liberty Inn if you are looking for American Fare.
