Low point contracts not selling well? I recently listed my 100 OKW points with resales dvc and I noticed there are two other 100 point contracts still open. Contracts like that used to be snatched up within a day or two, I wonder if more people are going direct because of the new restrictions?

I did not read far enough, I gues I'll take my foot out of my mouth now. I was close to a wrongful death lawsuit a long time ago and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Long story short... parents lost a daughter, parents sued and won, lawer made LOTS of money...1/3 of the settlement, insurance...

Someone else looking for blood money. The whole thing is tragic and the Disney workers were negligent and irresponsible, but no amount of money will bring him back. Just another case of someone trying to fill their pockets.

I think it depends on the resale agent and how fast they work. I put a bid on a resale on 3/7 it came out of ROFR on 3/18. 11 days is pretty quick.

I got a deal for 100 OKW points at 71 per point, it passed ROFR and I have the closing docs signed and ready to send back. Jaki at resalesdvc dot com was great to deal with, she went out of her way to help me and will definately get future business from me.

Ronn Zimmerman suburban service is reasonable from Orl/Sanford We've used him twice.

The Backstage Magic Tour is great, when we took it a few years ago we even got to see the inside of DACS.
