Help With Wdw Annual Passholder Website!

Type 1 Pass - Solution! I had this issue with a Type 1 pass -- pick your three letter code, enter the three digit number that comes after that, the date, and then SKIP the number after Tran and just enter the number after Tkt. (Duh... that's why it's called the "Ticket" number.):brick:

    soarin' soft openings!

How does one get to preview Soarin'? So - how does one get to preview it? Just walk back to the line? Is it running all day? I have heard conflicting reports -- one that it was only running aroung 3 PM, another that preview passes were being handed out at the main entrance ticket windows...

    Timekeeper - worried wort

Still closed (?) I was just at the Magic Kingdom last week -- and at least as of Thursday (June 10, 2004), Timekeeper was closed and there was no sign of it reopening any time soon. Bummer! (Or did they open it just after we left...?)

    June 5-12

Less than 24 hours to departure!!! We'll be in the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge (hence the avatar), Sunday through Friday. As I just said to a co-worker, "If I can't stay here and work at my desk everyday, I might as well go to Walt Disney World!" ;-)

    Rose and Crown???

Is it open for dining inside? How extensive is the rehab, and is there an expected completion date? Love eating there, along with a Bass ale - hope to be there in the next few weeks!

    Bicycling at WDW.

Taking a bike to Wilderness Lodge - where to ride/lock up? I'm thinking about taking my bike along when we stay at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge this summer, but wonder about decent roads to ride. Any first-hand experiences/recommednations out there? Also, does any one know if there any...

    Terror Alert Implications on WDW

The terrorism threat is real, no matter what you think of our current elected and appointed governmental officials, or where we are in our nation's four-year political cycle. Do we get too many warnings, or not enough? Who knows? In my mind, you can live your life being angry and cynical, or...

    Wilderness Lodge vs. Cabins???

Ft. Wilderness Cabins As to whether the cabins are nice and the campgroundis kid-friendly, it's a big YES to both in my book! The cabins are really nice pre-fabs with great full baths, kitchen facilities (and utensils) and decks with picnic tables. The neat thing in terms of being there...

    Abusive guests?

Food service a cure to bad attitudes? I used to think that everyone should work in the food service industry at some point in their lives, just to gain an appreciation of what it's like to be in a service industry role, and then behave accordingly when interacting with those in the profession...

    Wilderness Lodge

WL - Can't wait! Tips? Secrets? We joined the DVC last year when we learned there were still points available at the Villas of WL - based on "common knowledge" and the fact that they weren't advertising it as being available, we had thought they were sold out. (This was before we learned about...

    Afternoon nap?

Naps to avoid melt downs... I posted this the other day in another thread - even if it's not a nap per se, I think a break can be really good at making the fun of the day last into the evening...

    Park opening

Choosing the family for the MK park opening ceremony? So does anyone know how the family is chosen to greet the characters' train at the opening ceremony? Our family and another will be going to WDW early next month for our inaugural DVC visit (after many others) and their very first WDW...

Spaceship Earth gets ready for wandless

Kind of liking it... Never thought it was as much of a travesty as the cake-ification of the castle , and while I think it detracts some from the iconic nature of SSE, it's kiind of cool just for it's size and positioning alongside something that had stood alone for so long. I could go with...

    Family feud at WDW

Melt downs... ... they happen. Even with older kids, but especially little kids (and sometimes adults, who still want to be a little kid at WDW). Five ways to address them: 1) Schedule some down time each day - easier if you're staying on property - when you can go back to the room...

    How many days?

Is 365 an option? ;-) 4-5 days in the parks are plenty, IMHO, especially if you have small kids with you and you have Park Hoppers. Even better if you can work a day in the middle where you (dare I say it) don't go into the key 4 parks -- instead sleep in, have fun at Ft. Wilderness, go to...
