The blue costume in the prior photo is specific to EO, it's got the whole Captain EO triangle logo in the upper right of the shirt. I noticed it today and thought it looked pretty good.

Translation: "I don't like that Universal has a ride that takes the Disney standard and molests it."

I just think Universal didn't plan this land very well. It doesn't have a big enough capacity, they are giving a very large amount of refunds to people who can't get into PL.

I actually heard the number of people being turned away (mostly because of ladies with real big hooters) was pretty low. And they're working on fixes.

I bet the rest of The Lost Continent will eventually be absorbed into Potterland they need to add capacity.

Well the recent costume change for Imagination seems to indicate that something is in the works...
I thought the same thing...but then realized that it's probably just a way to be able to easily cross-deploy CMs between Captain EO and Journey into Imagination without having to worry about costume changes. The CMs at the ride now also wear the blue Epcot floater/ops coordinator shirt with an Imagination Institute lab coat. That way, if they need to be cross-deployed, they just take off the lab coat and put on the magnetic EO logo or vice-versa. Merchandise is still wearing the Imagination Institute costume.

The way I hear it is if Captain EO is a sucess it will give WDI more leverage to redo the dark ride next to it.
EO dosn`t really matter either way for the ride next door. What did matter is the increase in popularity of both The Seas pavilion and Mexico after the Nemo ride and Gran Fiesta Tour.

Dark rides are in fashion again basically.

And thats great news! I guess though if they go with 3d effects for the possible ride redo that means its going to be screen based and nothing else?

I just hope they dont use the same lame storyline as nemo and mexico,,,wheres nemo,,,,wheres donald....wheres figment!

They could just put you in a sensory deprivation chamber and call it JIIYI. After awhile all the characters you ever wanted will be there in person....you may even be one yourself!

:ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL:That had the been the funniest thing I've heard all year hahaha.

But seriously i take that ride as a disrespect. "O you want figment, well here he is all over the finale room for you."

Just watched today the Attractions Magazine coverage of Eo's opening.

In an interview with Joe Tankersley, show producer for EO, he was asked if there anymore plans for the Imagination Pavilion, in which he replied; "Yes"

Hey everyone is agreement that this is one of many attractions in epcot and that matter the park that needs to be upgraded, but I hope they keep the original idea of the pavillion in place. Epcot needs to stay educational and expanded ones views and horizons.

For example the Land Ride my six year loved it this past year because he thought the way they were growing all the food etc was so cool. It has been four months and he still talks about it.

That type of advancing ideas is what we still need. We need rides that when we get off keep you thinking and while giving you a thrill as well.
