I must say that I am so surprised that so many of you found this display "beautiful". I am trying to think of anything else at WDW that I have found as garish and pedestrian as this EPCOT display. Most holiday displays in WDW are designed to look good all the time.

Yep, just found another illustration and it is on two levels. I merely assumed it was the going up and down giving the illusion that you were traveling up hill or down hill.

I just found this track layout for the Indy ride at disneyland. So... Dinosaur travels on two seperate levels? It appears from this picture that you start out going uphill to level two before descending to back to level one. Or is it the other way around...
I was not surprised to see that the Orange County Convention Center here in Orlando is second only to McCormick Place by .2 million (point 2 million) sq feet. That place is scary big.

It is soooo sad to see Poseidon's Fury take such a hit. When it first opened with a different show, it was a total jaw dropper. Now, even if they brought back the old show, much of it would be blown for those who have seen it since.
I agree. It has to be something with either maintenance or infrastructure, ie original plants required too much work or irrigation systems needed to be replaced. Dotted plants in mulch is not AK, it is AK when it was being built. In Florida, give it 3 months... it will look all jungly once...
From the pictures, it is obvious that the trains collided outside and were then moved under cover in the station (or vice versa). How were they able to move two trains at once without pulling them apart? Anyone have a thought on this? It will also be interesting to see how Disney hides this from...
