Based on the strawberry shortcake, I'm gonna guess Sunshine Seasons. :)

I have to say, salmon with kalamata olive pesto sauce sounds pretty darn good. Will have to make a point of trying it next trip.

Seasons Grill in The Land Pavilion...Its a MUST every trip! Its so hard to eat CS anywhere else in Epcot because of this!

I really like polenta. I call it Italian grits.

BTW- Once I was in Milan, Italy on a business trip for several days. Our local representatives took me out to eat a lot in Milan.
When I was leaving and was thanking them for their hospitality, I mentioned that we never had polenta.
They said, 'Oh. You have to go to the cheaper restaurants for that.'
