They are versions of Carmel Apples, so yes, those are sticks.

Um...I think you're referring to the Carmel Apples then. They are carmel apples with fancyness on them. (I hope that's what you mean...:lol: Otherwise I look really dumb trying to explain it...:lol: )

Any idea if those toffee apples are more expensive than the standard ones? I have never had a dipped apple at WDW so might get one this time.

Yes and it was cooked fresh as well...my gravy isn't STUCK on my potatoes.
