Just to keep it going, some ones from the archive - and two of my favorites

Copper River Cedar Plank Salmon and Smoky Portebello Soup at Artist Point

Anyone know when they start serving the Copper River Salmon again? I know it's like mid May to mid June. I'm really hoping I catch it again this year (no pun intended :brick.

Pepper Market wings. As good as they look!!

I have to say, those do look good. Just a simple deep fry with hot sauce.

None of this sesame, or coconut, or some wacky crust on them.

Anyone know when they start serving the Copper River Salmon again? I know it's like mid May to mid June. I'm really hoping I catch it again this year (no pun intended :brick.

It should be right now. Copper River Salmon was available in the store here on Saturday (Freaking $18 a pound vs. $7 for "normal" Pacific salmon)

From what I have been told (by the chef), Artist Point has a really good deal with their supplier, and they get it pretty much as soon as the season starts, and they get a good long run of it, late into the season.
