Edit: Apparently there is not really a page 13 since this post is showing up on page 12. ???

I believe that "glitch" happens when the moderators delete a post from a thread. The post is gone, but its "spot" in how many pages a thread needs is still there. So if that post would have bumped the last real post onto a new page, the forum will display that there's another page available to view, but when you click on it, it doesn't have a page to go to, so it jumps to the top of the last page, which is what you just read...
