Yeah, I loved the fact that he told the reporters that he was inspired by his big brother who has cerbal pulsey. He was like I would have mornings where I didn't want to train and then I remembered that I should be grateful because I have the ability to do this while he doesn't and that really pulled at my heart strings!:o

Couldn't have hand-picked a better kid to become our first gold medal winner on home soil! One of those feel-good stories for sure and he seems like a really grounded individual.

Now hopefully some of our other athletes follow in his footsteps and go for some more gold!!!!!! :sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:

One of my hockey guy friends suggested that it'll be Canada/US for bronze..

Don't like to hear that.. we'll see how Canada plays tonight.. but Russia's got a strong team.

I'd be more than surprised if Canada took it this year, though.
Just don't tell my boyfriend, I think he'd dump me if he found out I said that.

He's got so much skill. But he's such a weenie. I really hate how he plays the game. Ovechkin, now that's a hockey player.:D

I thin it will be Canada vs. Russia for the gold.

I think I love you, for now I am not the only one that says 'weenie'.

I'm not a huge Sid the Kid fan.. I'm really not. I respect the fact that he's a good player, but if you can't take a hit, or the commentators are so excited that they p(ee) their pants when you get into a little scrap, you are NOT okay in my books.

Plus he's a whiner.

But I do love his Tims commercials :)
