As sad as I was to see USA lose...if we had to lose at the hands of anyone i'm glad its SIDNEY CROSBY!!! LETS GO PENS!!!

Now it will be OK for Sid to score on Ryan Miller tomorrow when we play Buffalo!

Sorry, I just have to shake my head and laugh ... Sidney Crosby is to most of you what Wayne Gretsky was to me growing up. I literally spent my childhood on the blue line, ice-level (my dad was VP of the Jets Booster Club) and, back then, Gretsky was the one we dissed, were sick of and put down. (Messier and Kurri were his henchman and he never got "dirty"). :lol:

Now, as for Toews, and as a Manitoba gal, he is the MAN! :sohappy:

Oh man any one but Crosby! The funny part was before he scored I kept thinking "where has Crosby been?!?". He was essentially a non-factor the first 60 minutes and the 2 games prior. Then of course he comes up with the goal. What worries me is the NHL will really not shut up about him now.

Crosby has great skill (although i would take Ovi or Malkin over him) but I can't stand him. He does a lot of diving and asking for penalties in my opinion.

But, congrats Canada and to the USA. Would have loved some gold but silver was definitely not what we all expected going into the games.:sohappy:
