I love Passporter for honesty, but Birnbaum's for colorful description- it just makes me long for Disney. Plus, my daughter loves the birnbaum's- it gets her very excited about the trip & even encourages planning (she's only 12) Passporter gives the best restaurant reviews IMO.

According to that speedily posted map, we stayed about where the "3" is. Magnolia Bend was very elegant, but I never saw the Alligator Bayou. so I have nothing to compare it to. The main pool was pretty cool, but the girls also swam in one of the little pools closer to our building. Anyway...

We stayed in Parterre Place in magnolia Bend and it was very close (relatively!) to the main building and bus station. The pool was a bit farther away, but we loved POR. Very pretty, seemed almost like a deluxe instead of moderate.:)
