Wouldn’t call it a refurb, more like they were taken offline to investigate what caused the pyro misfire. I’m sure some type of refurb will occur after to ensure it doesn’t happen again
Would highly disagree. MK’s parade has been scaled back and lost a lot of its charm post Covid. I’d prefer the energy and uniqueness from Magic Happens.
Maybe I missed this news, but was it expected that Rock n Rollercoaster would be going down for another refurb next year? Saw it pop up on the calendar starting 1/8/24 until the foreseeable future.
Let’s be real, outside of opening a new park as well, nothing can compete with a brand new park opening. Trying to compete would be wasted resources and should be focused on the year or two after Epic.

I mean… they will be hosting it. If you’re talking about transportation infrastructure, def lacking. Venues and things like that though, they’re much better equipped than any other recent host city.
Yes and no. They draft up in advance what they are planning and how much money they would need for the fiscal year. What amount they get, and what ends up happening could be entirely different though.
