Has anyone ever stayed here? They advertise shuttles running to the parks "every half hour". (I doubt this based on my other experience staying off site, but have my fingers crossed.) It isn't far from DTD, so I'm thinking we could always ride a Disney Bus there and hoof it, since we're both...

About how long of a walk/jog is it, and which way do you go from the bus stop? My recollection is that you can see it, but just in case I'm wrong, your help is most appreciated.:kiss:

Has anyone ever been to this observation deck? If so, can you tell us exactly where it is? We would be interested in hearing wishes as well as seeing it, so this sounds like a good idea. I suppose we could eat an earlier dinner elsewhere, but we're not crazy about MK's dining options.:hurl:

I know this may be tough to answer, but here's our dilemma. My wife and I will be at MK on a Thursday in January. We haven't seen Wishes yet(gasp!). According to the calendar, Wishes is at 8pm. We also want to eat at Portabella Yacht Club that night. With everyone bailing from the MK at once...

It depends on whether you're talking about a hot dog or someone who pushes a stroller into your achilles. Actually, the most misspelled word on these boards is "definitely". Both "weenie" spellings work though. Are there any really good hot dogs anywhere in WDW?

I always find this debate interesting. My wife and I visit UO and IOA almost as often as WDW. We're coaster freaks, and also love Spiderman. At UO we think BTTF, Terminator and Shrek rock.(others too!) The parks are both great fun. We both enjoy the experience offered by WDW a little more...

Are these "roller shoes" any more dangerous than strollers, which incidentally are generally driven by adults? Nothing like a whack in the achilles from a stroller, to ruin your day at MK.:lol: :lookaroun

I recommend bringing a video camera if it's easy to handle. A case that you can wear around your waist is a must. If it's your first time at WDW you may want to skip it so you can take it all in ad not be so focused on what to tape and what you can see through your lense or on your little...

Although I like them all, Muppets is my least favorite, followed by HISTA, BUG and then my favorite, Philharmagic. I know it's a Disney thread but I loved Shrek over at the competitors park as well.:fork:
