The reason the union is weak at Disney is because of membership. If there was 100% membership then they would be stronger and have more bargaining power, but when membership is about 20-30% then that makes it a weak union.
If anyone wants to see the current pay rates, look at the current contract starting on page 50. There is a lot different classifications and pay rates

They will get a pay raise alright, probably just 3% as usual, unless they want a bonus instead of a percentage or maybe a combo of each(which is really stupid IMO) but either way it will be about 3%.
