Only in part, but yes. The other parts will be announced at the D23 Expo, as well as in a few more staggered announcements over the next year and a half to two years.
Sooooooooooo you're saying there's a chance? :ROFLOL:

Re-read what I wrote. I said that the 5th gate already exists, except that it has Universal signs on it. :fork:
That is sad. I esepcially like how the Riddler keeps trying to get the attention of some guy in green... and fails to do so.
I'm a much bigger DC fan than I am a Marvel fan and I wish they could be in a Disney or Universal park rather than Six Flags. But, of well.
Does anyone else remember the DC Superhero ski show that used to be a Sea World? I was a little tyke when I saw it, but I still remember it fondly. It had some of the more obscure characters like Black Canary! I remember Aquaman did a high dive. And my brother and I were scared out of our minds (in a good way) when some of the Batman villains ran into the audience and captured Robin.
There was a lot of the cheesy *biff*bam*pow* from the 60's Batman TV show, but it was still better than that parade at Six Flags.
Boy, I was having a crappy day, and then I read THAT.:lol:The fact remains that this sounded cooler than a Crisis on Infinite Earths musical stage show.
This sounds amazing! I would kill to have saw this.
Only...I don't know if I'd really consider the Black Canary all that obscure. She was the leader of the JLA during Meltzer's run on the book....
But I'm splittin' hairs here. The fact remains that this sounded cooler than a Crisis on Infinite Earths musical stage show.
Okay, not that cool, but you get the point...
jeff.

Wow...
I mean, no, it wouldn't ACTUALLY be a good idea.
But I would SO see it.
same here, man....same here. *sighs*
just imagine the big musical ensemble numbers during The Flash's sacrificing himself to save the multiverse scene...
or the hero's final stand against the Anti-Monitor...
it sounds so, so, sooooo horrible...
and yes so irresistable.
DC should do this.
jeff.

By obscure, I mean that she didn't have any media exposure at the time. She wasn't even on Superfriends. The show had everybody! I wouldn't swear to it, but I think Captain Marvel/Shazam was even in it.
It was a weird show. Obviously, all the super heroes were on water skis! I recall that there were some chases and ramps and things like that. I remember all the heroes making a pyramid on water skis.
When the Joker and Penguin (maybe Riddler, I'm not sure) captured Robin in the crowd, I remember them performing a magic act. They set him up in a "death trap". Something like sawing him in half. Of course he escaped at the last minute. Cue applause and *big*bam*pow* fight complete with cards displaying *biff* *bam* and *pow*

This man! THIS MONSTER!!
On a more serious note, I think it would be awsome if they replace illumniations with a new Marvel water pagent at night complete with a giant Galactus AA (the largest in the western hemisphere!) rises out of the water. I'd watch the show every night.
Hey guys,
Thought you might like this arcticle that was in my alerts on CNNMoney.com. It's 5 Good reasons why Disney Bought Marvel. Alot of it has probably already been discussed (and I have also pointed out some of these points when talking about it with co-workers). But it's nice to see all of these points in one spot.

Enjoy!

It was boring and poinless enough the first time, and obvioulsy unclear.
Now I kind of want a 5th. gate for Marvel
:ROFLOL:
Tomorrowland possibly being renamed SciFiCity has just taken on a whole new meaning after the Marvel announcement.
Or am I crazy? :lookaroun

I would say some of the Marvel charecters are far and away a better fit for the area over Toy Story, Lilo & Stitch, and Monsters Inc.
The Fantastic Four would be perfect
Or we can just get the Marvel 2099 guys to take over.
:lookaroun
Beast Beast. Clever.
