Yep phase 4 is closed to everyone, expect Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Iger.

I have been in MK during Spring Break when the place is nowhere near even a Phase 1 closing. That alone was almost enough to make me go postal. I don't even want to know what Phase 4 feels like! :dazzle:

Eeeek. Not my scene at all. I get bent out of shape if wait times are around 30-45 min for most attractions. I guess I am just spoiled from being able to go to the parks when crowds are minimal. :shrug:

Oy! I went a few years back for NYE. We reached Phase 3 that day I think. And it was INSANE. There were 30 minute lines for the bathroom! Wanted a meal? Too bad.
I can't imagine it even worse. It really gets unbelievably insane at Phased closing in MK, I can tell you from experience.
