Whats your favorite part of Main St. USA at WDW???

While it's not a specific item, I just love the general look and feel of Main Street - you are transported to a different time and place.

I also really enjoy the Ladies and Gentlemen who jump off the trolley in the morning and sign the "I'm walking right down the middle of Main Street USA" song.

The Barber's Shop. Got my son's first haircut done there this last February. Done the Disney way, with lots of stickers, a certificate and a set of "First Haircut" ears

The view of the castle is the BEST. But overall, main street as a whole is AWESOME. I enjoy being there and just strolling along and taking it in everytime I go.

As with everyone else, I just love to sit and look at the castle. I can't wait to walk down Main Street with my son for the first time in October. I also love going into the Emporium and the Confectionery.:slurp:

Nothing like looking up the street from the train station and seeing the castle looming at the end of the street. We've taken many pictures from that location. We tend to begin our trip thru the MK walking up the left side of the street and on our way out, down the right checking out the shops along the way.

Walking out from the Train Station Tunnel and turning the corner...That first view of the castle is amazing.

The castle. Once you step foot on main street and see it in front of you it is a overwhelming emotional feeling.

Stores and restaurants have come and gone. It is the view of the castle that has captivated me from my youth.

Add one more vote for coming thru the tunnel onto Main Street for me as well, ....very sentimental, you know without a doubt "you've arrived!" One of my personal favorites is playing checkers at night next to the confectionary. I sometimes think that Main Street gets a little overlooked in the whole experience, good to know by this post that it's not!

Ah the Confectionery! I literally feel like I am 5 years old in here. I sometimes wonder if I am more excited by the candy than the kids are.

Actually my favorite part of Main Street is taking in the lights and crowds at night. There is something magical to me about being on Main Street at night and just looking at all the stores lit up. And the crowds don't bother me like they should. (At least as long as I'm not in a hurry to leave) In fact I love the feeling of traveling down the street at night.

But on the poll I'd have to say the view of the Castle, especially at night. Once you step into the center of Main Street and see the castle you realize, this is it. I'm here.
