A few pins that attract my attention and starting to collect vinylmation. I have quite a bit stuff from EPCOT Center, circa 1982.

Hoping soon to start a camera strap collection as well!

I have acquired quite the collection of Mickey soaps and shampoos lol. Every time we go we bring our own shampoo and soap (I'm sensitive to certain kinds) and we end up bringing home the hotel ones. I also usually come home with multiple copies of maps from each park (by habit I pick one up every time I go through the gates). I also have a whole cabinet full of resort mugs.

As far as things I actually "buy"... I get a sweatshirt and a tshirt every time we go. I also like to collect snow globes. Other than that, I'm not much of a collecter (I started with pins, but failed to keep it going). If I see a pin I absolutely LOVE I will buy it.

I also have about 70 or so Disney movies on DVD. My husband tells me I need to start buying them on blue ray now :brick:

Oh, and I love anything Disney that I can use in my office :)

Besides the movies, I guess for Disneyworld merchandise, it would be the Pins which started back in 2006, and lately its been the Vynilmations. Both of which are quite addicting. Along with our Key to the world cards and the refillable mugs, as long as they change.

I have so much Disney/Mickey stuff all over my house it's not even funny. I guess being a girl I like to collect anything that decorates my life Disney/Mickey....duvets, towels, bathroom accessories, dishes, papertowel & napkin holders, trivets, kitchen utensils, knick-knacks, picture frames, photo albums, the outside lights on our house are Mickey-fied, and all the drawer & cabinet knobs in the house are Mickeys. I have a weakness for the Disney Dooney purses; I have 4 all with coordinating wristlets and/or wallets. Clothes, jewelry, you name it and Mickey or Disney is involved. On every trip we get a Christmas ornament personalized at the Christmas shop at Downtown Disney so you could say I collect those. I have 2 lanyards full of pins that I've collected: one is all Mickey's and the other is all Tinkerbell. We also have at least 2 pins from each hard-ticket event we've attended: 2 MVMCP's and 2 P&P Parties. Like others, I have tons of Disney & Pixar DVDs. Heck, I named my dog a Disney-inspired name: Riley (sidekick from National Treasure) Belle's (princess) Zip-a-dee-doo-da day (not much more Disney than that song). For a while I collected scrapbooking supplies but figured out after a few years that it was unlikely I'd ever find the time to do anything with it so I have a big box full of the stuff.

Aside from all the pictures from our many trips I'd have to say that my most treasured Disney-items that I consider collectibles are our mouse ear hats. I had a set of classic mouse ears embroidered for every person in our little family including our dog before the old machines were switched out to the generic computerized crap they do now. I also have a set of 4 of the YoaMDs Dream Ears with our names embroidered on the old machines. Those are the ultimate souvenir to me to begin with. The old-school embroidery cannot be replicated now. So many trips I've given thought to bringing my old ears to wear but I know if anything were to happen to them they cannot be replaced. Both sets stay tucked safely away in my closet.

My kids collect all sorts of Disney stuff. It's too much to list. The coolest thing I think they got into were the transportation trading cards. Those are just coooooool! Still looking for someone else with extras to negotiate some trades to fill in the few we don't yet have.... :animwink:

Fun stuff! Great thread!

I used to collect the mugs from all the Disney movies until they stopped making them. I have an eclectic collection of Disney-related mugs, and I have a very extensive collection of antenna toppers.

Pins, whichever ones take my fancy but i always get one with the year on it. Photo albums with the year on it and also fridge magnets ( again ones with the year on it but also fridge magnets in general). I suppose i should also say souvenir photos from the rides as we have so many of these:)
