Where was this picture taken? I was thinking the castle, but it looks too close to the train station.

It's the castle. It looks closer than normal to the train station because a longer focal length (i.e. zoom or telephoto) lens was clearly used to take the picture.

So is that DL then? That is not wdw's train station
