What is that concept art on the left? At first glance it looks like an Epcot Pavillion..

I think it is meant to be a drawing of a Castle in Norway, but I am not sure

It's the castle. It looks closer than normal to the train station because a longer focal length (i.e. zoom or telephoto) lens was clearly used to take the picture.
