Apparently not! Ok, so I have been keeping up on this for awhile now. Recently, I emailed this Ronda person myself. The response that I have gotten was this.

This just means that PR dosn`t know what is going on. Quite often nothing is announced until the day before site work begins. If not later. Nothing new there.
