I think like they are really limited on what can go into that space where Stitch is, but I could be way off base there.

Yeah, closing a show/attraction to open a meet-n-greet instead is not my idea of forward-progress.I know. It's a start. I appreciate the work that's been done and going to be done. I'm just choosing to be impatient today lol
It just feels like such a long time for Stitch and I just see it being a rerun of old, bad behavior. I know it will be replaced but it just seems a little ridiculous they haven't. Something could have already been open. It just seems cost saving for the sake of it.
Paint is a good start ... it'd be nice if they made an effort to replace Stitch .... I mean, the fact that any attraction or any restaurant at the MK is "seasonal" is a joke.
This! Exactly this.
Stitch should have never been closed or moved to seasonal until work was ready to begin on its replacement.
It's even worse that it's literally the first attraction you come to when you enter Tomorrowland from Avenue of the Planets.
Well, one positive would be a new and better attraction. There are no positives to building a new attraction here- only negatives.
Spires won’t be back (sadly) but you get the idea. This would fit tron land.. I mean tommorowland...

I know, I cant imagine what it would cost for them to rebuild. And there would be no cost benefit (unless it became a slide lol), but I just have to keep reminding everyone of the short sidedness that made them get removed in the first place.Spires won’t be back (sadly) but you get the idea.
The only thing I really hope they get rid of is the metal. Like the metal palmtrees. They make it feel so much more outdated than it would of they'd get rid of them.
For me, the trees have a charm to them. But I agree about the metal in general. The Peoplemover/roof supports and weird overhang...things being the big things to me.The only thing I really hope they get rid of is the metal. Like the metal palmtrees. They make it feel so much more outdated than it would of they'd get rid of them.
They make TL look like it was invaded by Dr. Robotnik.
Still boggles my mind, even in @wdwmagic 's news image of the new paint going up, it's obvious that people have made this wall a "thing". Can't believe WDW hasn't found a way to monetize images taken of this wall.
Yeah, I always got a video game vibe from the trees as well.
I still really like them, honestly.
Would love to pick one up if they ever hit the surplus market.
is the old pink already starting to show through the silver rocks?
