I'm having a hard time understanding what your problem is with this link or why you feel you need to be the police for Lucasfilm.
I don't need to be Lucasfilm's police, however there are consequences for these sorts of leaks. The individual(s) at Lucasfilm who gave these images to a small group of movie bloggers did so in confidence that they would not be posted and if so only with expressed permission. @Lee @marni1971 and spirit are given lots of art and plans that they will not be allowed to share with us in the same fashion. The one individual who leaked the images he got from his sources at Lucasfilm got him/them fired. This in turn makes it less likely other sources will be willing to giving information to the good folks out of fear of a repeat of the same sequence of events. This is behavior fan communities, like our own, should not encourage.

Except (in regards to West Africa) nearly every public health official disagrees with this statement. The strain of Ebola is not what makes this outbreak more serious. It is the change in social patterns and move toward urbanization/interconnectedness coupled with the lack of adequate health infrastructure in West Africa.

Take the conspiracy-trolling somewhere else.
When did facts become considered conspiracy? Claiming "conspiracy" is not a substitute for lack of proper knowledge. Citing social patterns and a move towards urbanization is painting the situation with an extremely wide brush. You could attribute those to any problem in any underdeveloped area of the world.

The MANY friends I have that actually live in Ghana, Nigeria, and Guinea tell quite a different story. None of them are in a panic to flea the country or are even all that worried about Ebola. They tell me they have seen nothing remotely close to what is being shown on American news channels and that the areas being shown have ALWAYS had problems like this or even worse, but only recently has the western media starting reporting it.

apologies to all for going off "Disney" topic

The fear alone is the problem. All you need is a few people in a few cities and it could greatly duck up the travel and tourism industries.

Which runs the risk of screwing up everything thats going on right now expansion wise at WDW.
I was just saying this last night. I am sure that there will be those who are just scared and will be hesitant to fly on a commercial airline, or be around so many people in a concentrated area. I will of course be as careful as I can, but it wont stop me from visiting Orlando. Marie

Here's a novel idea.

Why don't we all stop talking about this crap??! There's a political undertone behind the vaccination argument *and* the competency of the government's response to Ebola that is really just carefully veiled conservative vs liberal saber rattling....and truth be told, I don't want to read any of it here. Not the republican side. Not the democrat side. Anyone who blindly follows one of these political ideologies is just a useful idiot (to these parties) anyways...but to try to wrap it up in a health argument and claim it has nothing to do with politics is folly. It was political the very microsecond BHO claimed 3000 armed infantry were going to stop Ebola, a month ago.

Truth be told - *any* health epidemic where people are susceptible to contracting a severe illness while trapped in a plane for 2-5 hours is going to affect Disney Parks business. Can we all just concede this point and move on? please?

Because the veiled politi-talk is nauseating.
Not that I disagree with you it's off topic, but I do want to point out to you surveys and studies have shown AV nutjobbery runs across the entire political spectrum. Their reasons for failing to vaccinate their kids may differ, but there are just as many left-leaning AV'ers as there are right-leaning ones. Unfortunately, my FB Newsfeed confirms that. Stupidity knows no party affiliation.

I think many or most of us would be glad to send them our Avatar land, especially if we can have something more interesting and thematically appropriate in its place. If only...

I think someone said this before, but it bears repeating. There are (so far) only a handful of Ebola cases or potential exposures. At the same time, thousands will die this year from the flu, a disease for which there is a vaccine available.
And millions will get it and recover completely. The same is not true for Ebola. It's more scary than the flu because if you get it, you have anywhere from a 50 -70% chance of dying a horrible, painful, dehumanizing death. At least at this point - I'm hopeful that the two cases contracted in the US will not have a fatality.

Thank God your chances of getting it in the first place are miniscule.

In the restaurant business we are already really concern about the media coverage for the disease! Anything that can scare a person to stay in is bad for business! And this is a big concern since the media is making it sound like it is spread across the country already! No doubt pour management of the disease but this is not the first time it has broken out in Africa and it wont be the last! We need to hope we can contain it and then do what is needed to keep it out of country!

That will effect tourism because if we stop flights into the country from countries that have it it will have an effect, then spread to other segments of economy very quickly.

I guess you forgot writing:

Also, Im sure none of the Ebola scare has anything to do with the massive oil reserves in Liberia and its also right next to Sierra Leone where the diamond mine workers are on strike. They just want to get troops in there like they did in Nigeria with the whole "Boka Haram" BS to secure their oil too.

Its an election year. Someone is going to spin all this fear and hype in the final three weeks of an midterm election to try and get their side to win.

Which makes me fear for Orlando and the tourism segment. Not that ebola will come here (extremely unlikely) but the fear of traveling itself will have the negative impact.

Not to worry Dave, TDO has you covered. They are feverishly working to add FP+ to First Aid at all the parks.

Me, I'm waiting for the upcharge event - Mickey's Not So Merry Hospital Party.

I hope so. I have a trip in Nov, and I'd really like there to be less rubes.

Website is always the best way to do anything with My Disney Experience since it's more frequently updated. It's more to do with the time it takes to get approval from Apple (and possibly Android) for any updates to applications.
FWIW, I think it has more to do with the wide number of Android devices the team has to ensure compatibility with rather than the time it takes for Google to approve the update for the Play Store. I just upgraded from an old phone I had the MDE app on since inception to the LG G3 (and also bought an LG G Pad tablet to complement), and I cannot install the MDE app. Disney Parks App Support said that due to the wide variety of devices, screen sizes and resolutions on the Android platform, it's a "comprehensive process" to make the app available on "large screen phones" and tablets.

No, that's a Cincinnati thing - and it's an insult to good chili and good spaghetti. ;)
Skyline/Gold Star, Empress, etc are their own thing. You CANNOT associate them with your typical chili. Greek by heritage, Cincinnati Chili is what it is and is meant to be served over noodles with a mound of freshly grated cheddar. Nommy! Chase it with a York Peppermint Patty and the rest of your day is looking good (except for the obligatory stop to use the facilities.) Key point, DO NOT eat Skyline right before a long flight or drive. . .

Plus I can't shoot Ebola with my concealed weapon while eating my Macaroni and Cheese cone. This makes us nervous. We have to trust other individuals to make good decisions which has not happened. We have had the individual who fibbed to leave Liberia on a plane, the hospital personnel who sent him home and another who didn't want to lose her money on a flight to plan her wedding.
...and the doctor who violated her voluntary quarantine to get a bowl of soup from a restaurant.
