Really? What kind of hints?![]()
That guy who said he knew who Batman was Bruce Wayne. His name is Mister Reese. Mysteries. I'm thinking he will be the Riddler.
Anyone else think that?

Only problem is the Riddler's name is Edward Nigma. That guy who said he knew who Batman was Bruce Wayne. His name is Mister Reese. Mysteries. I'm thinking he will be the Riddler.

I'm going with Green Lantern on this one. Because his name is Edward Nygma doesn't mean he wouldn't throw out a "clue" like that.
Also, when he was telling Lucious about his suit...he wanted to make sure it would handle a dog bite...and Lucious said, "It'll work against cats." Catwoman?
Oh, I don't doubt the Riddler could be next, I just don't think it will be Reese.
A story with Catwomwn would seem much more interesting...but who knows.
It's true that Riddler's name is Nigma, but they could change it. Perhaps Nolan wants to recreate that character? Not sure. It was easier to know what our next villain would be at the end of Begins due to the card.
Catwoman would be interesting to see how they go about portraying the character. Would they make her a criminal? What would be her motive? The love interest? Also, where would Riddler, if he is in it, fit into the film?
Lots of great speculation ahead of us.
I'd really like to see a good version of Mad Hatter used. To keep in feel with the universe they have created I would want to see a character who is obsessef with the Alice in Wonderland story, but also a man who is crazy. It would be a difficult character to create, but I think if done properly it could be interesting. I wouldn't go for the mind control angle though with the character.
I was thinking about this a couple days ago...how the Batman Rogues Gallery is generally regarded as the best assortment of villains, even though so few of them have any "powers" to speak of.I like how the Batman villains aren't "super-villains" but just psychos.
I'd be OK with the suggestion to bring in (Richard)I'm all for Robin being introduced into the series. Long Halloween is an excellent graphic novel, as is the sequel, Dark Victory. However, Christian Bale has said recently he hopes they never put Robin in the series.
It wouldn't be the first time a solid take on a character influenced the comics. As I recall, they basically gave Mr. Freeze a total makeover in the books to match the kickass animated version.Bale almost contradicts himself, though. He has said many times that Dark Victory is his favorite Batman story, and Robin is introduced in that story.
Anyway...I got to thinking pretty deep in the last few minutes. Not only has Nolan upped the ante as far as Batman movies go...he has done the same with the comics as well. Tell me Grant Morrison isn't going to try and take the Joker to a new level during his current Batman run. Or how about Jeff Loeb, Alan Moore or Frank Miller? They are probably all thinking "Yeah, that was a cool Batman film...but watch this!!"
