Sorry to hear about that.
So far (knock on wood - my head ;)), I have yet to become allergic to any food...that I know of, anyway...! :cyclops::)

Years ago, youngest DD had 3 allergic reactions over about an 18 mo. period.
She would, seemingly out of nowhere, break out in hives all over her body. She had no breathing problems or anything like that, just the hives.
We took her to an allergist for testing, and they were never able to find out what she was allergic to... :cyclops:
After the 3rd reaction she never had another one, and that was over a decade ago.
When I told the doc she had never had a reaction like that to anything before, he simply said... “ “Allergies are a funny thing. One day you’re not allergic to something, and the next day you are.”
I suppose that, maybe, in her case, she became allergic to something, then the opposite happened and she became unallergic to it again, then...?
Who knows...???

They are funny... I one day just couldn't eat them anymore.. they make my throat and ears itch and swell. The one thing I read is that sometimes allergies can evolve if you eat too much of something. I can definitely say I ate a lot of sunflower seeds... by the jarful.... so yeah... every once in awhile I'll try some, no luck so far. My mother in law tried to kill me with some granola type stuff last year... and for some reason I didn't even think about it when I popped it in my mouth... luckily I didn't have a lot.

They like my cooking better as I have a few really good old family recipes:hungry:
My kitchen is off limits to mess makers most of the time. Sometimes James does help chop if he doesn't have too many classes or music related places to be. At least I hardly ever have to do dishes;)

I can only do a few asian recipes... that's one style I haven't mastered... I have Polish recipes in my family, so occasionally I will make some Polish food.
