I really don't understand what he has to do with this, but okay.
Nothing really.. I mean, he isn't even CEO anymore... it is just more Eisner bashing...

Yea, that's what I figured.
Awesome avatar btw. Have you been on it yet? I need to make my way up there considering I have a free ticket.
Heard it was great... for SF. Like how Stitch would have been great... for SF.
No, really. I mean, it's cute, but not up to par. I think TDK's theming was AT LEAST Disney standards. And I really do love the Glow in the Park parade &, from what I hear, the new fireworks are great. Still, a queue filled with "storyboards" for an actual themed queue would have been nice (is there even a real video in line?). And I'm not even sure if there's any resolution to the plot set up in the lift hill (Lois Lane falls into the "Bizarro Dimension", and...?)! I'll reserve full judgement for my actual ride-through. It looks like a step in the right direction, though!
Whatever happened to designing attractions at an adult level believing that kids would reach for the bar. What happened to designing attractions that both parents and their children can enjoy together. Some people really need to go back and understand Walt's thoughts in building the park. Its not meant to be a kiddie park, its meant to be a place for all people.
Wasn't this entire show dreamed up by marketing and pushed through by them? I think I read somewhere that WDI didn't have a single bit of input into it. If that's the case, this practice needs to stop now.
Personally, I think they should do something like the Stitch Summer Bash that's at HKDL...the crowds there seem to be really enjoying it.
But this still won't be the last we'll see of Stitch in the parks...there's still the Tiki Room posibility. Plus, with the dub of the anime coming Stitch's series isn't done yet.[/
Any kind of story is good for Six Flags. As for the queue, I agree that the cutouts are disappointing. They said there was going to be a themed queue and all we got were cutouts.
And I mean, at least they put onboard audio on their refurbished coasters. :zipit:
I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. And especially about his personal life. You are way off the deep end with this post. His art is not Disney. I do stand by that.
Oh jt,
Again, I ask you how is his art not Disney? As compared to what? And who?
And you absolutely called his character into question. Here let me quote you ...
You said " Track the history of the character and the artist who created Stitch."
What part of his history are you calling into question? His work on Runaway Brain or Mulan or what? He was Disney enough to help create those great animated films.
I guess being the guy the created the only Disney animated film that was well received, that actually made money since 2002 proves nothing.
Where were all of the great 'real' Disney artists when clunkers like Treasure Planet, Chicken Little, Home on the Range and Brother Bear were being created.
Not Disney. Indeed!
