I can't see them!

I totally agree about Jessica Sprague, I've taken three of her classes, one in person, and two online. They are worth every penny.

HOw odd - they're definitely there - maybe you need flash palyer installed to see them... will investigate!

I'm very jealous that you got to do a JS class in person - I've always taken the online ones.

Thank you, Holly! I am very glad that they still look like me, even though I traveled to the dark side!:D

Kits. Hmm. These are a mixture of a few. And remember how I said I haven't been saving things in their kits?:lookaroun So now I don't know where they come from!!

Actually, I found a couple of the papers. Here's the mouse ears:

or

And here's the yellow paper:

If there's any more things you want to know where they come from, let me know, they actually weren't that hard to find.:)

Ah, you broke down and bought a kit! A cute kit! You should have passed that one along!

More pages!!! I finished these last night.

Casino fun:

Formal Night! Although it appears to be simple, this page took a surprisingly long time for me to get happy with it. At one point I just had the black strips on the top and bottom and it seemed too plain, so I cut out the pattern on the black/white print and embossed it onto the black strips. I'm quite proud of it. ETA: the embossing shows up better in photoshop, so I might have to play with it a bit more to get it just right.

And here we have Bannister Caye, Belize (we split up from my parents to do a different shore excursion that's why Brett and I are MIA).

Clearly, this one is most like my "disney-style" pages but I think that has to do with the number of pictures. I have a feeling my port pages are going to be this way. I'm hoping to strike a nice balance because I don't want them to look out of place.

Yeah, too bad she wasn't a big winner! I considered using quarters as the background, seeing as how she only won about $40 in change... but it didn't look as good. None of us are big gamblers, but my mom and Brett enjoyed the casino. I couldn't get any pictures of Brett because he was at the blackjack table. I didn't figure my picture taking would be appreciated there. Especially considering there were signs up saying NO PICTURES. :ROFLOL:

Love your new pages! I was wondering if the money on the first one was a picture you took of all your winnings!

I really like your formal page and I can totally see the embossing!

You're really getting a lot done! you'll have this cruise knocked out in no time!

Oh my goodness, I LOVE this page. Look at that adorable little face, what a great moment you captured in this page !!!!!

Thank you, Angie! I love love love that picture. I look at it and wish for a second it was better technically, and then I look at that smile and I totally don't care. :)

Thanks, Jenn! I'm really trying to get a couple pages done a day. Initially this was going to be a "reasonably late" birthday present for my mom (her birthday was the first day of our cruise). If I don't get with it, it's going to be a Christmas present for her.

More pages!!

This one goes with the intro page I posted a little while back. It'll go on the right side:

Towel Animals:

Stingray City, Grand Cayman. My favorite thing we did during the whole cruise. It also spawned my purchase of an underwater digital camera as soon as we got home. The throwaway camera pictures really aren't good, but they're all I have until we return!

Left page:

Right page:

Altun Ha (Mayan ruins outside of Belize City). Seen in the picture is Panchito Beakman... a friendly parrot Brett befriended years ago. He's now our official cruise stowaway :D:

And the pages most unlike my usual style... Golden Olympian dining. I took so many pictures of our meals to include in my cruise review (aka trip report) and I kind of wanted to include them in the scrapbook, too, so this is what I came up with. I promise they balance each other much better when they're side by side!!

Right page (our servers, Kamsi and Anat, were absolutely amazing):

I can only do so many cruise pages before sneaking in some Disney. :sohappy:

One of my new favorites: Mickey's Jammin Jungle Parade!!! I've been wanting to do this page forever now... I'm so glad I'm happy with the end result!

Ooh, I love all your new pages, Holly!!! :sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:

I really like how your food page turned out! It may be unlike your usual style but it looks very clean and I like how it really highlights your servers!

I'm glad you're happy with the jammin' jungle pages! They turned out great!

I'm going to have to start getting a move on some pages now. You've gotten so many done!

Thanks, ladies! Stingray City really was the coolest experience ever... if you go to Grand Cayman on a future cruise, you definitely have to book it. We enjoyed it so much it's definitely on the list to do again. I've even convinced my parents they have to join us next time.
