watching jets/chargers last night. i don’t know the chargers for their defense but it looked pretty good last night. admittedly the jets o-line is horrible & wilson doesn’t impress u either. was hoping for a closer game.

Well down here in Atlanta, we have the Wicked Jerry of the NFC South for an Owner....

Meddling throughout daily operations, regime change 3 Years ago he hired the Coach BEFORE he hired the GM.....

The Coach is on the hot seat, and the GM can't hit on a Draft pick....

All while our Owner's hands are all over free agent signings......Calais Campbell is the most recent splash signing that was grossly over paid....

While I want the Coach gone, he has to be irked he was never given much of Decision making ability when it came to the roster.....

Tough livin in ATL....only one early Game Televised and its the Falcons/Chicago

For some reason the commentator's are under the impression the Falcons are out of the Playoffs with a Loss......Incorrect
They are out of any Wild Card hopes losing today....

They can win the Division with a Loss today and the following:
- Tampa losses to today and next Sunday
- Atlanta victory at New Orleans next weekend

On another note....

With Seattle losing, and Green Bay appearing to be in control in Minnesota....Even if Tampa wins the Division next week, Your peeps can win and still get a Wild Card if you win, Green Bay and Seattle lose next week....who woulda thunk 2 teams from our Division could make the Playoffs

Atlanta had everything happen today to keep them in the Wild Card race, but blew by losing

I don't get the Dallas/Detroit issue.... the ref announced "#70 is reporting as eligible" .....while the ref might have announced the wrong dude, it was stated over his mic for the entire Stadium to hear....Detroit should have and could have corrected the ref....

No, they shouldnt have. Theres video of the ref acknowledging who was eligible and still f***ed up. Plus the coach said he told that referee crew who was going to be eligible in the pregame. I didnt know the Lions had to be up his butt to make sure he made the right call. Thats on HIM to make the right call, not the Lions.

Not sure if you're serious about "to make sure he made the right call".... it is well known the Coaches HAVE to stay on the refs during the game to keep things straight, and have to meet with them prior to give them any plays that might be used....

Coach said? #70 Skipper reported as eligible many times during the game....assumption would be he identified multiple players who would be reporting.

When watching the replay one can see all THREE tackles "huddled" by/near/approaching the ref; #58 Sewell standing by the ref, #68 Decker approaching from #58 Sewell's back (left to right) while #70 Skipper ran from the sideline straight towards the ref....

The ref was eyeing #70 definitely made eye contact with him and did look in #68 direction. Recall #70 had been the tackle reporting as eligible during game....

Many are saying Detroit did the "three approach" to confuse Dallas as to who was reporting. Again the ref announced #70 reported to the entire stadium. Dallas was giving #70 attention, and had no reason to guard #58 based on the reporting as eligible.

Even the statement made by Decker after the game was carefully worded + Dan Campbell even confused Sewell and Decker in his post game statement....
