I just subscribed, and I hope everyone tries to support this venture!

Sounds like it will be great fun, and it's cheaper than Tales from the Laughing Place and you get 6 issues instead of only 4.

But does anyone have an opinion of the LP mag? It's sort of peaked my interest, since it does cover international and so on.

Should get my first issue right before my trip to WDW. Since I can only get down there once a year or so, at least I'll have something "Disney" to look forward to every other month. Lou's involvement is a big plus. Where does he find the time?

I just ordered too! 80 pages of WDW info sounds great. If the mag did go under, spending $24.99 on 1-3issues is still cheaper than most of the literature/books you can buy at WDW:eek:.

I still have all of my old Disney Magazines and was waiting for something new since it's been years now. I'm hesitant but then again the first issue would be cool to own if it's going to take off and be popular.

Here it is, September 18. We're getting into the latter part of the month, so the magazine should be arriving in our mailboxes before too long. Just wondered if anyone has received their's yet?

I was wondering the same thing. I have been having bad luck with the mail lately and packages going MIA and was starting to get worried about the fate of my magazine.

I sent an email first of the month to see when the magazines would be out. I got this back on 9/3.

We're all working very hard getting that first issue out, right now we are still aiming for the end of September (though there is the chance it could slip into October a bit...just remember, good things come to those who wait!!). I can tell you that it is shaping up to be a lot of fun, I do hope you enjoy it...! :)

Hmm it's a shame it will be subscription only at first, I wonder how long that will last? I'm always hesitant to subscribe to a magazine before I at least see one issue of it, so I was hoping to just buy a single copy at first. I'm sure it will be great and I'll love it, but I really would prefer to buy just one issue to check it out first. I wonder if they will sell them at the parks? I'll be there in mid-October, I'll have to keep my eyes open to see if I can buy the first issue while I'm there...
