Trip Report More Fun than I ever Imagined on the Re-Imagined Magic!

It’s time for a trip report on the brand new Disney Magic!! Okay not-quite-as-new-as-if-I’d-written-this-report-in-October Disney Magic!

Sorry. I’m only a couple of trips behind now at least! :D

Who: Myself, Heather and Missy! Here’s our (bad) phone selfie!

What: The inaugural sailing of the reimagined Disney Magic. It actually wasn’t supposed to be the inaugural sailing but the inaugural sailing was cancelled due to damage the ship sustained when crossing the ocean. I hated that for those booked, but I was not sad to be the first ones onboard!

Where: A two night cruise to nowhere out of Miami! Short and sweet. Our motto was no time for sleep! We could sleep when we got home.

Dude. What happened to "what happens on the girls cruise stays on the girls cruise"? Is nothing sacred? Lol.

It's so quiet in here. Giggle giggle....

No, silly. What happens on the girls cruise gets told over and over on multiple trip reports.

THat's okay. I'll drink coffee late with you and stay up until the wee hours giggling. I suspect @Kerby626 & @Disneyfalcon would, too. ;)
But we weren't cruising just yet!!
Kelly we should get one in her honor the night before
I'm in. Cheers to Missy!

I'll raise a coke to Missy! :)

I LOVE that framed music of "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" !!! One of the best songs ever written (in my opinion) :D
And I wish I took pictures as beautifully as you do! You inspire me to learn more about my camera and do better!!

I love that framed music too!

Thank you so much, KappleB2! It's worth learning! :)

Fair-skinned freckly people UNITE!!!

That was the most beautiful swirl of soft serve I've ever seen.

Mission: We have GOT to find a roomie for Joanna for September.

I really want to sail on the Magic. I've only ever been on the Dream.

Fair-skinned freckly people rock! :)

Right? She's got mad swirling skills.

We do need a roomie for Joanna!

You'll have to branch out!

After enjoying our room for a few minutes I realized I needed a coke! It had been like two hours! Can’t have that.

And something very exciting was about to happen! There were rumors on the Twitter that – wait for it – the Disney Magic now had COKE ZERO on tap!!!

We left the room and went directly to the coke - I mean drink station.

Oh my word! It was true.

Where are the dancing banana smilies?!!!

Words cannot describe how excited I was to see this. Do you know how many calories I wasted on 12 nights on the Magic this summer? Never again!!

See. This is how excited I was:

Next it was time for the Oceaneers Club and Lab!

First came the awesome hand washing stations just like the Dream and Fantasy:

Love those!

Wow! What a great space:

Pixie Hollow – while adorable – was not as popular as the other spaces yet:

What a great tour you are giving us of this beautiful ship along with great pictures. This is really making me think on how I can convince my family to go on a Disney cruise.

I was the most anti-cruise person I knew. I thought cruises sounded like nightmares, trapped on a ship in the middle if the ocean with nothing to do but go buffet to buffet eating. It was @Disneyfalcon 's report from the Dream preview that captured my imagination. I wanted to see all the little details of that incredible ship for myself. Tammy's photos are amazing but they only capture a tiny glimpse of the entire thing she's shooting. There's only one thing to do: GO! Go experience these incredible Disney creations! It will blow your mind. Words do it no justice. If you can go, GO! You won't be sorry. ;)

Coke Zero SCORE!!! Thank you, DCL, for the hip/thigh friendly mixer. ;)

Oh my at the kids club areas! I think Andy's room truly shows just what Disney is capable of. I want to go play there! Would it be the utmost in creepy to wish that was my room??? I'd so live every day as a toy in Andy's room. I would!

Pooh on muster drills interrupting our immersive tour! The adult in me says, "Emergency procedures aren't optional" but the kid in me says, "Phhht! They look like they can swim. Or tread water, at least." LOL!

Yay, another Tammy TR !!!

And here I thought Andy's room on the Fantasy was awesome, this one looks incredible. I can't wait to show these to O, he's gonna love them. Perhaps we will be booking another cruise sooner, our Toy Story loving little boy really needs to see this !! It looks like so much fun, I wanna go right now !!

It really is a shame that you had to travel with such boring and unexciting girls, hee hee :)

Can't wait to see more....

Aww, thank you! And for the record, you would love the Magic. She is a beautiful ship (I think I may like her more then the Dream)
