Hi there! I hope this is the proper spot for this, if it's not i'm very sorry.

Anyway, I felt the need to come on here and share my experience with Kingom Konsultants. In years past, I used my own travel agent. While she was ok, I ended up doing most of the work myself anyway when it came to Disney vacations. Like most of you, i'm particular in my planning and where i want to stay or eat. Her specialty was just planning "vacations", not necessarily "Disney vacations"

Then I came on these boards and time and time again I just read the good things people were saying about KK. So I decided to give it a try for my upcoming trip in Sept.

Let me just say I'll probably book every Disney vacation my family takes through KK from here on out. Specifically, Tammy has been absolutely wonderful. I felt like daily I was firing off questions or asking her about ADR's. Each and every time i received a quick response, and I never felt like i was bothering her (even though i know i was ). With a simple email request she scored us all of the ADR's we were looking for, including the coveted CRT breakfast for my little girl.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this, when people do a job well i like to make it known. If you've ever considered KK but just have not done it yet, do yourself a favor and do it.

Tammy, Richard, and the rest of the KK staff, thanks for everything. My family and I eagerly await our Sept dream Disney vacation!

Yes, it is completely free. We are paid a commission by Disney.

Did you know that they are just as good at booking non- Disney vacations?

Pam has handled two European tours for my family over the past few years.

Yes, we most definitely do non-Disney. I recently booked a client of mine a trip on the Royal Scotsman train in Scotland, not to mention some other unusual vacations such a Culinary Wine cruise on American Safari Cruises.

The trip itself will not be free of course. Our services are. In many cases we manage to save our clients money as opposed to booking your trip through another outlet by knowing about any special offers that are available and being able to make suggestions from our personal experiences that will help you plan your time and money most effectively. I am a daily visitor to this awesome WDW Magic site and have learned many wonderful tips thru the years, however, not much of a poster. Today, I feel I have to step up to the plate and agree with everyone's feelings about KK Travel!

I had always made our families travel arrangements prior to this year. Let me please tell one and all... Kingdom Konsultants is everything and more of what you are reading!! I just cannot thank Pam enough for all the hard work she has done planning our next family (14 of us) vacation in September of this year.

In addition to all the Dining ressies she's handled, people going... people not going... people again going, little boys special events, little girls special events, airline ressies, well I could go on forever!
Please do NOT hesitate to call these wonderful people! They have taken all the stress of making tons of arrangements off my shoulders and I will be forever grateful

This is actually a really good point I forgot to bring up. Personally, our trip first started with 6 adults and 3 kids, then 2 adults wanted to join, then those 2 backed out again. Each time, Tammy made the changes to my reservation w/out hesitation and kept a friendly attitute the whole time. Then also made my ressie's for BBB for my daughter no problem. Then we added a night to the vacation to take advantage of cheaper airfare. All around incredible job by KK and Tammy. I hope you guys decide to use them next time you won't be sorry.

I was a real hold-out on using a travel agent to book a Disney vacation because I'm such a compulsive and controlling person when it comes to planning Disney trips (all right, maybe in a few other areas as well), but this site convinced me to give KK a try, and Denise has helped us plan two amazing trips since then (and hopefully a third soon!). I've already referred a few people her way. Thanks Denise! :wave:

Not to keep piling on or anything, but I need to join the chorus of HUGE Kingdom Konsultant fans! After booking prior WDW trips only through local (in person) travel agents, we decided to use KK for our upcoming 2-week September trip based on the glowing reports I read here. Tammy became our agent. I just cannot say enough about how helpful, responsive, proactive, patient, and speedy Tammy has been with everything. We are soooooooo happy and impressed. Going to KK was absolutely the right decision. Thanks to everyone at KK - and especially Tammy - for being such a great resource. A Disney trip without KK now is as unimaginable as WDW without the Castle! :sohappy:

I have used AAA and other travel agencies in the past. This year's trip is my first time using KK. They are efficient, knowledgeable and reliable.

The reason I will continue to work with them is their positive attitude. No matter when or what I am asking Tammy, she always answers quickly and with a sweet disposition. I am not sure she sleeps! She never acts like my issues are trivial. She always treats me like a friend. Their customer service is unparalleled.

Wholeheartedly agree

Kingdom Konsultants - led so wonderfully by Pam is a great company to work with - they are superior at customer service - you don't actually even feel like a customer - more like a friend. But it is also so critical to note their level of excellence and professionalism that they always deliver. Pam is amazing. We have used them for trips from 2 to 24 and Pam always delivers an amazing trip no matter what wrinkles we throw at her. They are great - beyond words!

I think Tammy now qualifies for the title "Mousy Therapist". LOL! I don't think I'd ever in a gazillion years have booked a DCL cruise without her. Cruising is a whole other animal and Tammy is da bomb when it comes to knowing her Disney cruisin'. She helped me thru my scary freak-out panic moments and empowered me with knowledge to handle all this new stuff. Next year when we sail out of Vancouver I know she'll be all over the details...and helpin' me thru figuring out a whole new 'land (DL). Can't sing the KK praises enough! :wave:

Pam's been busy. We have the 15 members of our family going to Disney in Sept too. Pam has handled our crazy family and their requests. I love KK and recommend them to anybody planning a trip

I also wish to thank KK for all the information that I have gathered in overa period of time (and of course others on this wonderful website!). I only wish I had known and used your services on previous trips!
