Hi there! I hope this is the proper spot for this, if it's not i'm very sorry.

Anyway, I felt the need to come on here and share my experience with Kingom Konsultants. In years past, I used my own travel agent. While she was ok, I ended up doing most of the work myself anyway when it came to Disney vacations. Like most of you, i'm particular in my planning and where i want to stay or eat. Her specialty was just planning "vacations", not necessarily "Disney vacations"

Then I came on these boards and time and time again I just read the good things people were saying about KK. So I decided to give it a try for my upcoming trip in Sept.

Let me just say I'll probably book every Disney vacation my family takes through KK from here on out. Specifically, Tammy has been absolutely wonderful. I felt like daily I was firing off questions or asking her about ADR's. Each and every time i received a quick response, and I never felt like i was bothering her (even though i know i was ). With a simple email request she scored us all of the ADR's we were looking for, including the coveted CRT breakfast for my little girl.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this, when people do a job well i like to make it known. If you've ever considered KK but just have not done it yet, do yourself a favor and do it.

Tammy, Richard, and the rest of the KK staff, thanks for everything. My family and I eagerly await our Sept dream Disney vacation!

I was a real hold-out on using a travel agent to book a Disney vacation because I'm such a compulsive and controlling person when it comes to planning Disney trips (all right, maybe in a few other areas as well), but this site convinced me to give KK a try, and Denise has helped us plan two amazing trips since then (and hopefully a third soon!). I've already referred a few people her way. Thanks Denise! :wave:

Kingdom Konsultants - led so wonderfully by Pam is a great company to work with - they are superior at customer service - you don't actually even feel like a customer - more like a friend. But it is also so critical to note their level of excellence and professionalism that they always deliver. Pam is amazing. We have used them for trips from 2 to 24 and Pam always delivers an amazing trip no matter what wrinkles we throw at her. They are great - beyond words!

It makes life so much easier! I just call or email, let them know when I want a room, give a list of restaurants I like, and let them get back to me with some choices. My card is on file, along with my resort/price preferences, so they can hold a room for me. I've gotten some great deals in the past that I never would have found on my own.

I'm using KK for the first time this year and it's a wonderful departure for me! While I typically plan every singe aspect of the trip myself, I love that I can send emails to get a second opinion or suggestion. Marie has been fantastic! I had emailed her a few months ago about an October trip to Disneyland, then it switched to WDW (which got cancelled), then finally it changed to a December trip to WDW. *whew* She has been awesome answering all my questions and nailed down a room for my husband and I with a PIN code.

Last year I had emailed Richard a BUNCH of questions about the Give A Day Get A Day vouchers and exchanging them for tickets, etc. He was awesome dealing with my stream of emails and really put my mind at ease for our anniversary trip!

Hey there!!! Where else would I go?? The KK team is the greatest bunch of people to work with. Definitely e mail me!! Disney has a few different promtions going on right now. I know the room discount is ending on 8/13/2011 and the Free Dining for the 8/28/2011-9/24/2011 ends on 8/27/2011, but we just got some more Free Dining dates through the end of the year and into the first quarter of 2012. ONE YR.....there was a discount & this was AFTER I paid for my DISNEY trip!Marie contacted me with the info.......she was still taking care of me..wks after I had my pkg(see IF another TRAVEL AGENCY has ever done that)!! See why i praise KK & Marie!SHE....didn't have to do this....I would never have known!....it's the little things...to me...that makes the diffMarie,looks like you are stuck with me for all my future vac.planning!.

I have to chime in here, we used KK when I booked our first official trip to WDW in 2008. In 2009, I suggested a quick trip for X-mas (Ok, early December) and contacted Elizabeth again (sadly, she is on a break). Well, to my surprise, my DP bouight us DVC and I felt bad I would not be able to use KK again, but I did talk them up to anyone interested in going to Disney.
Since we are celebrating DP's 50th Birthday next year, we have asked many of our friends and family to join us and I emailed Pam right away to book us. It is always a delight to work with the wonderful crew Pam has and just reading thier advice and knowledge on WDWMagic is great for planning another wonderful vacation.
Their motto should be "The Best Kept Secret"!:sohappy:

She has been so helpful to me answering my many, many, many questions about cruising (since I'm a cruise newbie). She has booked 2 cruises for me already, although I haven't even taken the first one yet. She is always quick to repsond and doesn't mind answering all my silly questions. I started with Tammy for cruises only because I felt I had a pretty good handle on the WDW planning. But now she helps me with that too, booking resorts to supplement our villa stays. And she always contacts me right away when a deal comes through to reduce the cost of our trip (like the AP discounts last week). Thanks again Tammy for all your time and hard work

Unfortunately out itinerary planning services are only for our clients who have trips booked with our agency, sorry!! Marie
