Heath Bar Cake (A Samie Favorite!)
1 Box of Devil's Food cake mix [and ingredients to make cake]
1 Jar of Caramel
1 Big tub of Cool Whip
3-4 Heath bars smashed into pieces

Make the Devil's Food Cake Mix according to recipe
While the cake is still hot serate (poke holes in the cake) with a fork
Pour entire bottle of caramel over the cake letting it ooze into the cake
Let cake cool

Once the cake is cooled completely cover top with cool whip
Sprinkle Heath Bar pieces over cool whip icing and enjoy!

I think I might be the only person in the entire world who is TOTALLY grossed out by caramel. :lookaroun

I can handle peanut butter and chocolate and other such yummies, but caramel has absolutely no appeal to me whatsoever. :lol:

See, I don't usually eat choc./PB together - like Reese's. But give me a good York Peppermint patty (which I am currently munching ), and I'm good.
Oh, and that reminds me of something cool that DH put in my Cmas stocking - a HP Chocolate Frog. The bookstore had them! But I haven't eaten it because I don't want to open it yet. :lol:

Florida has been WONDERFUL to me. I went to the beach yesterday and laid out and got some color and went in the water for a few minutes (it was FREEZING). I've really been enjoying the warmth. So nice!

We're expecting up to 5 inches of snow within the next 6-hour timeframe, and the wind is just biting... we had windchills of -23 the other day. (And yes, that's Fahrenheit!)
