Oddly enough, I hate being even mildly cool when I'm in class, but I never wear a sweater or anything at work even when the wind's blowing directly in the drive-thru. :o

Good morning! It's snowing.....hard....I hate winter BTW.


Anyway - a brief explanantion of yesterday. DS was supposed to take the bus to NY yesterday (to go to a NYE party with GF), come back by bus Friday night, then we'd drive him and his stuff back Sunday. SO DD dropped him off at the bus terminal yesterday. 1/2 hour later he called. Even though he had a pre-purchased ticket, there were not enough seats on the bus, so he and about 6 others were not allowed on the bus, but if they wanted to hang around (outside) for 6 1/2 hours 'til the next bus, they MIGHT get a seat on the next one (no guarantee). Soooo, since Dave had bowling last night, DD and I drove him and his stuff yesterday afternoon, took him and GF shopping and dining, then drove all the way back here. Got in at 2:00a.m. :dazzle:

I'm soooooo tired!!

:ROFLOL:I've read all these posts about what happened to ya. Man, thats crazy! My brother lives in Mass. and he was in all that snow and ice,or should I say still is; and is really feeling it. They were in that big power outtage a couple weeks ago and he was ready to move! lol. At least we're halfway through the winter season.:animwink:

I'm okay - we lucked out weatherwise again; just a 1/2" or so, but I can't help but feel our luck will run out soon. :shrug: Still need to scrape the driveway off though; more than a dusting and we can't get up the thing.

My daughter teaches in SE New Hampshire, and they lost school for 4 days because of no power - some people didn't get power back 'til Christmas Eve.

BTW, I really hate winter!

Its crazy how the weather is all over this year! I hate the winter to, if it was up to me I'd live in the Caribbean on the beach, or at least in a tropical climate.
