My Fish Extender is on my agenda for next weekend if I don't have to work. I bought some iron on transfer paper so this week I'm working on using Kelley's logo on page 1 to make my own T-shirt. There were 6 sheets in the package so I'll have some extra iron-ons if anyone wants one.

And, is it to early to get the suitcase out? Lol
I'm sure I will get chastised for this but I've already started packing.

I had a problem with a bulging disc early this spring, it came on while I was at WDW in March so it was ten days before I could get to the doctor, and then I had to wait an additional week for PT appointment to be available. The back pain caused me to limp and screwed up my gait so that now I have trouble with my left knee--can't put any weight on it, which has affected my usual exercise routine, although I'm working around it. It's not painful as long as I don't kneel directly on it, so I'm okay walking. I had taken up running last year and was beginning to enjoy it, I can imagine it must be difficult for you having to give it up. Hopefully the surgery will at least get rid of your pain.
The army has definitely taken its toll on me. I've had two shoulder surgeries while I was in, the reason I am no longer in. The right shoulder has never been right since. That lead to neck surgery. C3-5 fusion. I'm just all tore up. Broken totally. And the sad thing is I was the medic. Oh well you only live once and this will definitely not keep me down.

So if anyone gets the Destination America channel, there is an hour long special on about the Disney Cruise line. It just started :)

Well, damn, there'd just be 15 minutes left. If only I'd picked up my phone an hour ago, I could've convinced hubs to switch off the Yankee game. Yeah, right ;)

Bravo to your attitude, Stef, but damn there's something not right about all that. My brother is a former Marine (first Gulf War vet), so I have an idea of where you've been, I appreciate your service, and as a taxpayer I believe we should be doing better by you.

Speaking of TRs, I think I may take the girls cruise as my chance to go on one and NOT do a report. Then again, don't I always say that???? LOL!

Oh please don't do that to those of us not going :( A lot of us have followed this thread since the beginning & believe me, I'm just as excited for you as I would be if I were going with you & don't want to miss out on all the fun, just because I'll be stuck on land!

Love you trip reports.

Woah I'm so late to the weightloss party.

Ok obviously I've been trying to lose weight/maintain weight since my wedding is 1 month after the cruise. I do use myFitnesspal (not nearly as often as I should...) and it's great for going out to eat! I used to be in the gym all the time at home (I recently moved 5 hours away for my fiance's surgical residency) but I don't like the new gym as much and it's 25 minutes away. But when I do go to the gym - I love the Les Mills class...Body Combat. I'm obsessed. It's a fantastic work out! I need to lift more (they have a class for that too - Body Pump) so I've gotta hit the gym a bit more before the cruise.

I'm so anxious for this cruise!!!

I just joined a gym, and it offers both of those classes! I may have to look into them

Doesn't Bodypump do videos, too? I am not a gym-goer, I work out with videos at home. I seem to remember seeing something about Bodypump, and it looked interesting.

I have no idea if they have videos. I was a faithful treadmiller for a while but just lost motivation when my couch is only a few feet away. So once convinced to go to a gym - it's good because the classes keep me on a schedule and group fitness keeps me from quitting - don't want to walk out in front of a group of people!

Joanna - I really love Combat. It's definitely my favorite. Body attack is a great work out but it's definitely hard. I don't like Body pump much because I'm so weak I feel like a fool lol but I know I need to do it. It's good for any strength level because you can adjust weight accordingly. Good luck! Let me know if you like it!

Yes, you can buy Les Mills DVDs through Beach Body. I've almost bitten myself, but I have so many DVDs still in the shrink wrap still. LOL

Will do! I need something to kick my butt badly (and I'm hoping being at a gym, in a class, will help motivate me)

Alas, I wish I had some witty anecdote to tell you, but the truth is, I never intended to use the My Fitness Pal forums--just as a calorie counter. I just signed up with something stupid, thinking nobody would know but myself. That's turned out quite well, now, hasn't it?

I think that Portobello Mushroom Cloud is extremely clever. :)
