Trip Report I Succeeded Last Time, So….

…Here I Go Again!!

We had an uneventful flight & we’re on our way!!

Something eventful just happened, though. Someone in our party(guess who) just realized they forgot their magic band!!🙄

Back at the Pittsburgh airport when I noticed they were both wearing Pirate hats. Go Bucs!!

We had a 6:45 dinner reservation(wanted to schedule it a bit later so we weren’t rushed) but since we’re making good time I pushed it up a bit!!

We’ll be there soon!! Hope to have you follow along!!

We’re now on a bus leaving AK. Wow, what a productive day we had!!

We watched the gorillas for a little while.

S, J & I did single rider on Everest. Glad we did it then-it’s been down off & on since.

We ate quickly & made it to the 12:00 FotLK show.

Then we finally made it to FOP. Well, 4 of us did. R decided he didn’t want to go on bc he feels too constricted on it. There went 17.00 down the flusher.😩

So glad I purchased this-S really enjoyed this one!!

From AK we took a bus to Saratoga. R wanted to look in the pro shop. We almost thought it wasn’t open. There weren’t any golfers on the course nor were there any carts out. And Chip N Dale’s was closed.

As it turns out the course is closed for a few weeks(except weekends) for irrigation purposes. The pro shop was open though and R got a shirt.

We got something to drink at Artist’s Palette & sat for a few minutes.

We walked over to DS. Skies aren’t looking too good.

Todays dinner. We had Ale & Compass but cancelled and got this so S could experience DS.

S took J to Goofy’s Candy Co. on the way. He knows he can’t talk us into buying cotton candy(sugar in a bag-IMO) but he somehow talked S into it.

Love that S bought him the cotton candy - I too am that friend!
Am I being taken for a ride by my friends kid? Absolutely. Do I care? No way. 😁🤣. They are always too cute for me to care. 💕

We were seated right on time at Paddlefish. Our server was wonderful & we all thoroughly enjoyed everything there!!

We got oysters for an appetizer. I am not a fan so I passed but everyone else enjoyed them.

E & I both got the shrimp & grits. The shrimp had a great spice & the grits were amazing!!

R got the stuffed cod & finished it all-except the asparagus. I took care of that-he is not a vegetable fan in the least.

After dinner we stopped in a few stores then headed to the bus.

Someone had too much wine at dinner & decided to have a dance party on the bus!! Everyone around us was cracking up!!

We headed to the quiet pool for awhile before calling it a night. We brought some balls with us & another family joined in with us for a very spirited game!! The one girl was 8 & plays softball. She had one heck of an arm!!
