It's actually the concert that I laid out. It's an awesome show, sorry you don't get to see it. Oh, and just an FYI for you that say "The girl cannot sing, she's just a body". Once again, look into things before saying it. She got her start on broadway, I'd say that it takes talent to do that, but hey... what do I know? I listen to Britney. **Rolls Eyes**

Hey-

I think alot of you guys are wrong. Britney has an AMAZING voice. She wouldnt have been on Brodway, the MMC, Star search, and have had many hit songs if she didn't. I have actually seen her on Star Search when she was 9..and that girl has a great set a pipes on her. Some of you people have to realize that everyone has a differnt taste in music. I personally, dont like Linkin Park..but they can sing very well and i'm not going to say oh they're horrible because i dont like them. Britney can sing very well too. Disney Expert didn't post these pics for him and her to get trashed. If you don't like it, than dont reply. She is a person too, she has a great voice, and you know what she does have a great body..soo keep flaunting it hunnie!

WOW!!! I flew through this post in about 30 seconds. Thanks for makin it easier to read. I do agree. If you don't like the thread, then hit the report to moderator link and let them decide if it's appropriate. If the thread reamins, well hell, don't check it out if you don't agree with it. No one is forcing anyone to read any threads or posts here. It's a free-form forum, well, at least chit-chat is a free form thread!!!!

Pfff...Maria McKee, Mariah Carey, Dixie Chicks, Lauryn Hill; those girls can sing and hit all the high and low notes. Britney sings with a distortioned , almost robotic, voice in every song, how can you say she has a nice voice if she hides it? Please, there are millions of girls that sing better than Britney Spears, the thing is; SHE HAS THE BODY.

Sorry to raise a ghost out of it's grave, but I really cant believe this thread lasted as long as it did!!
I like Britney for 2 reasons:
-She's HOTT
-Her music is somewhat catchy

As a, -I dunno, I guess you could call it- fan, though, I feel somewhat used by her recent actions... Just about everything she does is to gain the media's attention. The emphasis is no longer put on her music, but by what she's wearing, what hair style she's sporting, or by who she's seen making out in a club or going into a hotel room with. I mean, if she cared anything about the musical aspect of her career, would she be seen everywhere smoking or going to a movie premier with some putz just to gain attention from the media during her hiatus?? Or all of the sudden changing from long blonde to short brown hair??

I guess taking all of the college courses on the mass media and PR has opened my eyes to a lot of things, espescially in the entertainment business...

Me, too, spidey! well, not the "thanks" part... but I'd not seen this yet, either. Highly entertaining. And, I must say that while I couldn't care less (and it's COULDN'T CARE LESS, not COULD CARE LESS... think about it) about what her are made of and how long they've been there... her abs have inspired me to hit the gym and the produce aisle a little harder. :lol:

Right now I can see it happening. All these girl artists are showing their stuff off to see who can show more. Christina, Britney, J-Lo, even Jewel now. To me thats selling out, and their music is annoying to me. Hey, Britney's older videos don't even seem that bad now a days.

Anyway the lip syncing kings Milli Vanilli had 2 good songs, I don't care who made them, they are pretty good to me

Im not positive, but I think Jewel is making fun of artists such as Britney and Christina with her song/video "Intuition." I dunno, the line, "sell yourself, just cash in," sort of gives me that idea.

I think most commercialized pop these days is a sell-out... But that's just me... Eh, what can I say? I'm listening to the "Haunted Mansion" ballroom loop right now... And the last song I listened to yesterday was "Rhapsody in Blue" from the Fantasia 2000 soundtrack CD. :) :hammer: :p

I tend to think Britney just knows she's young and hot and using it to her advantage... if that's selling out, then why shouldn't you?

I think Cristina is just advertising herself to any guy willing. :lol:
