Britney Gets Wet

I just wanted to say, I have been watching this post and it is amazing. I find it humorous and really hope it does not end!!! In the defense of the subject, her music is catchy ( not saying it compares to Mozart) but hey, she does what she has to, enjoys it and OBVIOUSLY people enjoy her. I am one beleieving that if you enjoy your job, it is what you dreamed of your whole life, I am glad for you and you have solved the mystery of life. Now, if you want to talk about how good her music is, well it is all a matter of opinion, which we are all entitled to. Like I said, she has some good song, but if you want to know music I think is amazing, I would say Billy Joel, but that is my opinion. Don't forget, Disney did help to make Britney as well as many other POP stars. Now, if we want to talk talentless and blame Disney, lets look at Nsync......just kidding, like I said, we are all entitled to their opinion.

All these new " pop " groups that are out are hillarious~! They are breeding with eachother.. Making new " one hit wonders".. Like you never hear from 98 Degrees. or some other groups.. Im not againsnt pop.. And im not for it.. I go for the music only.. I find the ppl who really sing.. and not have to Lip sync, are the best.. I will put one thing straight... PLastic Girl sure can dance..... Thats it though.... Like all these " live" performances.. HAHA> Yeah they are LIVE but they arent SUNG LIVE>..LOL

Its sad seeing all these ppl that just want hundreds in their pockets.. I TREASURE the day that Britney loses her looks and is thrown away like a piece of paper... Just to show you they are used and " disposed" You'll all see... lol

I personally don't care if Brittneys Mammalian Protruberencies are fake OR real.

She LOOKS good...that's all I know .:D

Ya know...When Disney built The Magic Kingdom, I'm sure they had to tear down some small trees to build that great big Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse.

I'm sure it's much more fun to look at than the old trees were...

And it's definitely more fun to CLIMB on.:animwink:

Do you think it's too much for boys in the 10-14 year old range? My kids have seen Phantom, and they really enjoyed the experience. I'd like to introduce them to some of the other quality musicals on tour (and besides, wifey and I want to see it).

Not at all.. I saw it when I was 7 and loved it. It's emotional, but definitely appropriate.

(this reply is like three pages late, sorry!)

If you like rock musicals Rent is great (and I have it in my head right now but again not for kids). Into the Woods is a good one for kids, I wish I had seen it in LA with Vanessa Williams. I never got to see Phantom in NY but I did see it when it was in SF twice and fell in love with it... . I am a little musical obsessed.

LOL yeah, RENT would be inappropriate for anyone under 14!!

Uh, babe... looks like we have a slight disagreement here. I really don't think Saigon is incredably appropriate for younger children... unless you are willing to explain A LOT of stuff. There is prostitution and a lot of inferences to Vietnam (shoot, it takes place there). Unless you want to talk about war, and ______ and suicide to your children, dont take them.

Alison, youre the Vietnam buff, I understand you loving it .

The problem is, they needed something behind the body. So what's easy to fake and easy for people to believe? That she sings. The singing is called an "excuse" in this case, because in this world, excuses rule over everything else. If she was told to be model, she would be the same girl, but they wouldn't win so much money with her, soooo...."put her somewhere profitable, thanks". And there she is, spoiling the word "music" along with the millions of "BANDS" that'll die being one-hit-wonders, yet earning millions. THAT is killing the music. Marketing. It's sad. I'm tired of listening to songs called "FOREVER LOVE" ,"TOGETHER FOR LOVE" or "TOGETHER FOREVER" featuring Pink, Ashanti and Ja-Rule. What's with that amalgam thing ?! Every artist needs another artist to sing or play? Gee. MTV is seriously guilty of this, in many ways, including in their programmes people that will not make it to the next year, and they invent a hit song, and they play the video so many times , people end up buying it. It's a shame. Someday, people like NOFX and STING will rule the show again. I'm not talking about styles, but idealisms.

4:00 - Hour with Brit
5:00 - Ja Rule's rappa house

etc..

Bad shows to get kiddies to watch..

Hey Jake, you are SOOOOOOOO lucky, that you got to go to the "Dream within a dream" tour. She's not only one of my fav artists, but her concert was based on my fav poem.

About the B-job, someone told me she admitted on TV. But I didnt see it, so I wouldnt know. It really wouldnt matter if she did, Ill still love her. She'll always be my little Brit-Brit. LOL.

As for the way she dresses, I have seen my freinds wear things ALOT worse than that. And like she said in her concert (The one that was on HBO, "Live from Las-Vegas") she's not a little girl anymore.

Actualy, Britney is comming to Orlando in two days, on Sunday. Tickets have been sold out a while though, so I won't get to see my future wife (I wish!!). Does anybody know what tour she is doing? Is it like from her new album, self intitled (ive always wanted to say that) "Britney", or is she doing like alot of songs from all her albums?

Is it bad If I like Britney Spears, and I am a boy? I mean, I like her music too. BUT, I think she is SOOOOOOOOO HOTT! Im gonna put my foot in my mouth so I don't express any "un-natrual" thoughts.

Oh, and just as a FYI, evrey pop star lip sings. And not just pop, look at Celine Dion (sp??) she does too. I think pop takes some talent, and people do have to have good voices. Britney does have a good voice, and when she was a kid, she wasnt doing pop, she was doing what you guys would call "Real music" or "real artist" stuff. I personaly thing she got a job, but I don't want to start anything. One thing nearly all the guys like is her looks, I agree.

But, she is a good person.

Oh, did any of you hear about her little concert in that one country. Yeah, lets just say, "OOPS! She left her mic on!"

Ill TRY to quote her:
"... What the Hell, I thought they were going to F____ing vamp!"
and alot of other stuff. you can listen to it online. If anybody wants to hear it, ill try to get it for you, just E-mail me at" Linkinpark31287@aol.com
It's really funny. They made a hillarious parody out of it.
