Brazil to join the World Showcase at Epcot

Well, it could be fun if they had a "Mad Dash through the Favelas of the Brazilian Drug Lords" ride. And imagine all the cosmetic surgery stands they could have in dark, dank alleyways!!!

Not to mention, this beats the WAND, hands down:

Pumbas, we agree on something at last. Make that two belly-achers for a Scottish Pavilion at World Showcase. ;)

Scotland's population, like Ireland is predominately of Celtic stock while England is mostly made up of Anglo-Saxons. There is a huge difference in the two nations. It's like saying that Canada shouldn't be represented because it's people are just like Americans. Scots invented the modern world and we deserve recognition for this, one little shop in the English Pavilion is not enough.

All Seasons would make a good name for a coaster ride that bombards you with rain, wind, sunshine and snow to represent our typical weather. A jewelry store sellling distinctive wares from Orkney, a proper kilt store, a porridge stall with all kinds of flavourings (cinnamon, yum) and a restaurant featuring the best Scottish seafood, Aberdeen Angus beef and Scottish Blackface lamb. I'm also sure that a store with a proper genealogy database would make for a very popular attraction among American and Canadian guests.

As for architecture, encompass it all in a huge Scottish styled castle to out manoeuvre Universal and their Harry Potter attraction. While a Scottish pavilion may not have the same amount of attractions, it will look better.

Africa is not a country, why do people want an African pavillion?

The last I looked Morocco was in Africa, and there is an entire land in DAK devoted to Africa.

99.99% of people couldn't decern Ethiopia from Djibouti.

what was this thread about...oh yeah Brazil

Brazil = soccer but then again so is the rest of Europe.

other than that Brazil is about deforestation and Rio de Janerio (sp) which I don't think Disney would put that in.

btw Scotland is already is Epcot under the United Kingdom...granted not that much.

I would like to see rides and show in the countries before we get new ones. And I know they have circlevision but I really dont like those

And figment was the only character created specifically for Epcot. He's special in that way.
As far as Epcot's early days of characters and such, SMRT-1 and the Kitchen Kaberet says hi.

And Epcot had a decent roster of characters of its own through its history, like the Cranium Commandos, the Food Rocks crew, Tom Morrow 2.0, the host characters of both incarnations of Tapestry, the family from Horizons, etcetera.
