Just booked wdw trip 11/27 - 12/3!! First trip to the world for my parents, its about time! Thank you to Jess at Kingdom Konsultants for all the help so far, I'll start a pre-trip report very soon!

I just booked mine last week It is exciting now its a wait game .. wait to find out EMH and wait to find out when fantasmic is playing and when you can book your flight. Its a pure waiting game I wish I could book my flight or see times yet but only Sea world has their times out!

Next big item will be to plan and set ADR's once we hit the 180 mark. As I said this will be my parents first trip, so I want to make sure that we go to top-notch places.

Considering upgrading from standard dining to wine/dine, any opinions on this?

I have not done the wine and dine but would definitely recommend the deluxe dining plan!

"Christmas decorations at the Walt Disney World Resort usually begin going up around the first of November. The decorations are gradually added at night and are substantially complete at Magic Kingdom by the time of the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (in 2010, that was November 8), with the resorts and other parks completed by the day after Thanksgiving."

You're so welcome Dan! Bringing your parents for the first time is such a wonderful thing. My parents came with us in January 09 and it was my Dad's very first WDW trip. I can tell you it STILL chokes me up thinking of him walking down Main Street saying that it was the most beautiful place he had ever seen. You guys will have a great time and I hope to see some pictures when you return! Can't wait to read the pre-trip report :wave:

I cant wait to book my flight dinner reservatons and figure out what parks were going to when! But None of that info is out yet :-(

you have 79 days (1905 hours until you can make adrs) to decide where you want to eat and 259 days + a few hours until your vacation starts...we go the exact same dates :sohappy:.
