Just booked wdw trip 11/27 - 12/3!! First trip to the world for my parents, its about time! Thank you to Jess at Kingdom Konsultants for all the help so far, I'll start a pre-trip report very soon! :D:D

lol we ALWAYS leave our house at 4am so ours starts in 258 days 14 hours and 45 minutes. right now we're just excited that our adr countdown is in the 70s. the most i've ever booked ahead was about 170 days so we did everything right then so this time we had to make two separate counters otherwise 200+days would just kill me.

Yeah the countdown is too long to think about in days right now, so I'm just thinking that in less than nine months I'll be there! Plus, I have some personal goals to achieve prior to the trip that I need to focus on currently.

i find that for me a disney trip is a great motivator for sticking to my exercise regimen. i keep telling myself how much easier it makes walking through the parks or another 10lbs off and my photos from space mountain, rnr etc...will look better and i mix in some disney music and things like the ride/walk through for pirates, hm etc... to help keep me going. it worked for me last year so i'm hoping it will again this year.

dtstangl if you see two 40 something year old women walking around pofq wearing tiaras, acting like idiots and wearing matching mickey mouse tshirts you'll know it's us. we're staying there the same time as you lol. good luck with your goals.

hahaha will do. now my sister and i will be looking at everybody's calves but what the heck...we've usually already started drinking right after we check in at ooohh 7am anyway:eek: so stranger things have happened!

Unfortunately that was the only week during the holiday season that we could go with our work schedules. We're hoping the crowds will stay away until later in the week closer to Thanksgiving.

That is a good way to look at it. We haven't been in 10 years or something like that and have always wanted to go when the holiday decorations are up so we are really excited!

Very nice! I'm very excited not only for myself, but also for my parents who have never been before. I grew up an Air Force brat, so our idea of vacations were always going to see my relatives once a year!
