I like the FL expansion/Makeover although its a good 5 years overdue.

It just seems like in the history of the resort that WDW doesn't get the new toys despite making all the money for the company.

And I hear you rave every week about the new stuff happening at Epcot.

Trust me EE, it is happening. If you want to see the future of WDW spend time at mice age's photo updates of DLR. It is entirely over the top and THAT is the future of the ENTIRE company.

I know its dated by now but the book "DisneyWar" really illustrates how the Eisner regime killed everything by committee.

Disney is such a huge corporation that every decision is made by a damm committee and I really don't think that the show is a decision that should be made by a committee.

See I think Iger and Eisner are polar opposites in their long range view. I'm waiting another year or two to see how DCA turns out and the new Fantasyland at WDW. Then it will be possible to make a sound judgement. I'm also waiting for PatF and Rapunzel to pass judgement on animation.

I'm not worried. Everything is on course. IMO.

Yep. This thing should have opened in 2011 with a new other things, Resort wide for a certain date in October.

See, I think you are impatiant (and a bit jealous of the MK) for a big announcement for Epcot. But it appears to me that MK, DHS and AK have bigger problems than Epcot. I do think JII will happen sooner than later. My guess is it will open before FL's phase 1. But that is a guess.

DHS needs an identity.

DAK needs more Animal attractions, IMO. Thats their identity. Give the people more animals.

Eh, not so sure about this one. It's been delayed so much, I wouldn't expect it before 2014, if I had to guess.

We also forget that DCA has a lot of insane problems that had to be fixed first.

I'm not jealous in any way. I'm thrilled that something is finally being done that will require ground being broken in the WDWR. It's been too long.

Impatient? Duh.:lol: I want the best for EPCOT. I want Disney's most unique spark to sparkle and work well again. Why WOULDN'T I?!:shrug:

Before Phase One? I know that several things are changing status now, and it's very obvious to as who. As for two other things on the horizon, possibly three, it all depends on how quickly they work.

Two of these things could be done VERY, VERY easily.

The entire place is showing it's age.
At least there have been recent strides of improvements.

The park is a money maker with F&G as well as F&W. People love Soarin and TT. M:S still draws people. ROE still packs in the crowds at night.

If you're talking the entire concept of having sponsored pavilions and what to do with UOE and the former WoL, then that is a problem. But its a problem that doesn't have to be addressed now. Its something that can be addressed within 5 years.

There's a lot of unused space in Epcot but really doesn't seem to be affecting park attendance/operations at the moment.

DHS needs the most help.
