All Epcot, All the Time (aka Has Disney given up on SSE?)

You know I was just thinking...what if they turned what ever they might be doing to SSE on today? And one of our locals rides it and comes here and posts it. Would any of us believe them?

Not at all...I'd have to drive over to Epcot to either confirm or deny it...ofcourse it'd only be a 10 minute ride but still...

Today in chem lecture, the was showing his slides as usual and he got to one depicting linear structures of Carbon. It looked exactly like a 2D version of SSE.
The next slide showed linear structures of Silicon. The tetrahedron looked exactly like an alucobond tile on SSE! Then he started talking about Buckminster Fuller, the one who gave such domes the name geodesic.

They may as well rename Chemistry to Alchemy, cause to me it seems like non-intuitive magic.

And you wouldn't like me when I've been confronted with non-intuitive magic!

I'm not kidding!
Tomorrow's Child is now playing, the triangles light up and show images, the satelite effect in 180 top is turned back on, and the script is revised.

It is also announced that the TTA will stay open the whole time, JTTCOTE is coming to DAK, Ellen is leaving, so is Stitch, and Horizons is reopening.

I heard that on one of the triangles a video loop of Walter Cronkite is played, and apparently they've digitally added Walt Disney into the picture standing next to Cronky. Gotta love modern video editing technology. Anyway, they're both standing there in one of the triangles, singing a medley of songs which includes "Tomorrow's Child," "Feed the Birds," then "There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow." Jeremy Irons then appears on the next triangle further down the descent, and using similar video editing technology he morphs into Scar from the Lion King atop Pride Rock and growls "I learned my ABCs from Dr. Seuss, not from the Phoenicians!"
