The sad part is I don't take this show seriously any longer. I use to think this show is great to show off new talent. I now find myself mocking the show.

I stopped taking it serious in Season 3 when (ironically) Jennifer Hudson got booted.
I stopped watching the next couple of seasons, and this is the first time since I'm actually watching.
Primarily because I want to see Sanjaya win.

I agree, except my take was that Simon was basically saying the girls are so far ahead of the boys, the nicest thing he could say was that Blake is the best of the boys. A backhanded compliment at best.

I was happy with Stefani last night when she would comment on the contestants. She was not afraid, like many others, to tell them the truth and tell them what is wrong. I also liked Simon's comment to Sanjaya, "I don't think it matters what we say anymore."
I'm very interested to see who gets voted off tonight if it is going to be shocking...
