So we can talk about north America for little bit. Looks like Rogue One is going to be huge. I know some on this site were saying could be in for a letdown. Based on the timing and fact Harry potter movie that wasn't Harry potter didn't kill it like some have predicted, we are looking at closer to a 145 million opening and will be at 350 million domestic by end of year and yet again another 1 billion dollar movie for Disney.

I'm very intrigued by the (orientation that the map is in) Northern Frozen-land building. The Concept art cuts it out, but it looks like it wouldn't be part of Arrendale proper. The larger of the two is undoubtedly the E-ticket with a queue that winds through the castle, but the other building seems like it has a queue as well on its Western fringes.

I would have guessed a major restaraunt without the map... maybe a show, or another ride? Would jive with Tokyo needing a bigger plot of land.

considering HKDL only has one flume based ride I wouldn't be surprised if the bottom attraction is a tweaked version of the WDW boat ride. And the top building could be an indoor arena for the Sleigh spinner.

Scary thing is, by not actually tearing down the original castle, this might give them ideas about Anaheim.
What's even scarier is that me as a Disney purist doesn't feel the least bit concerned about it. I'm not encouraging it, but Disneyland is not a preserved historic site. I'm sure Walt would consider it if he was happy with everything else in the park.

The Sleigh Spinner looks like a copy of Maters (DCA), Alien Saucer (DHS), Woodys roundup (Shanghai DL), and the Big Hero 6 (Tokyo DL) ride systems to me..... Seems plausible as they seem to be pushing for a version of this in every park right now.

Marvel overlay can't happen in Florida if it is not GOTG, Doctor Strange and Big Hero 6. Those are the only marvel IP's I am away of that Disney can use for Florida.
Can't believe I completely forgot about that. I'm well aware of the contract. Guess I just got so excited about hearing Buzz getting replaced! :D

The Frozen area really looks a lot like Belle's village in New Fantasyland, with a slightly different theme. I wonder if this, and the Beauty land in Tokyo, are all being made from the same construction templates?

The frozen ride is a clone of Frozen Ever After.... hopefully, the Disneyland version is an E-Ticket and not Frozen Ever After

A spinner and Frozen Ever After... shrugs. And to those who said Disney was disrespecting Norway when they killed Maelstrom, I can't believe the Disney droid presenting that said this:

"This is a perfect place to enjoy Arrendale's wonderful culture, which inspired the movie"...

Erm...

I really like the new castle, and Marvel land looks good, but... 2023... that's as long as it's taken to build Pandora... twice as long as EPCOT Center... what is it about Disney that makes them move so slowly? Beijing Universal, a host of Wanda parks... that's a long time for the competition to beef themselves up in preparation.

You know what's funny?
All of that frozen land expansiveness and for it to be wasted with the prime attraction being frozen ever after? If it was a standalone addition okay but the anchor for a whole land??? Beyond disappointing. I pray that Disneyland knows their audience better.

did you expect some crazy and thrilling frozen coaster or something or something like the Pirates attraction in Shanghai?

Well what's been rumored for quite some time is that Disney had a Frozen E Ticket using trackless vehicles in the works for TDS and DL. We assumed HK would get the same.
