Considering the Sheriff put them in place and allowed them to grow a power base across the globe, I find that highly unlikely.

Don't get me started. If DAK got the things it was originally planned to have, it would easily rival TDS for best Disney park, IMO.

Agreed, add the Excavator, RoL, Tiger River Run, BK, put ITTBAB in CMM (yes, I say keep a little area called CMM), FOTLK in Africa and add a show that really deals with our role protecting nature into the Tree of Life and it would be, easily, the best park in Florida. :brick:

You know what the worst part is? Tiger River Run would have been a true Disney caliber ride, which Kali sadly isn't. BK would have been the hyperthemed land that every faboi dreams of, and Excavator would have been a true thrill ride with Disney level theming. Add those to the park that already has the best theming in America, and you've got a park to end all parks, let alone the other small additions you mentioned.

Sure they get some of the blame but Rasolu has been in the top seat since 2002 and Iger has been with the company for over 10 years (been CEO for almost 5 now). Weiss, Holmes, Cockerell, Wallace and Crofton were part of both management teams.

I think I have to agree that this isn't a big deal at all. It's not like they took the thing out and then someone else in charge came along and said "Oh, what an un-EPCOT-y thing to do! Put that sucker back in there!" It's just a case of, "oh, we'll fix that when we feel like it." This absolutely isn't indicative at all of any change in mindset of management. Is it possible someone like Cockerell did a walk-through, saw it not operating, and ordered it fixed? Sure, but I would think that's very, very unlikely. I will say that the Universe of Energy unrepaint job has a better chance of being representative of someone in charge that will push EPCOT in the rIght direction, but who knows if that's still the case now that MacPhee is gone?
